Cherry Blossom Dinner!

It’s cherry blossom season and we’re ready to celebrate! Join us at Josephine’s for a cherry inspired dinner, complete with cocktail and wine pairings.

There will only be four seatings over two days, so reserve your space now! For tickets, click here.

The seatings: 4/2 at 6:30pm and 8:30pm, 4/3 at 6:30pm and 8:30pm. Tickets are $75 per person (includes tax and gratuity).

The menu:

  • Chef’s amuse bouche - Mini dark cherry espresso rubbed beef Wellington (Cherry on Top cocktail)

  • Duo of white & green asparagus, crispy chicken crumble/cherry agrodolce (Chloe Rosé, Central Coast, CA ‘18)

  • Deconstructed scallop Mosiac raviolo, cherry brodo/haricot vert/farmer’s cheese (La Mesma Gavi, ITA ’17)

  • Maple Glazed Pork, pork belly confit/smoked cherry bread pudding/caramelized carrot/cocoa nibs (Imagery Estate Pinot Noir, Sonoma CA, ’16)

  • White chocolate cherry gateau (Chocolate Covered Cherry Martini)

B is for Bourbon Dinner!

It’s a bourbon dinner at Josephine’s! Join us to sample a series of bourbons, a bourbon cocktail, and a tasting menu designed to showcase our favorite bourbons that start with the letter B!

The menu:

  • Amuse Bouche - Smokey Mushroom Cigars (Belle Meade Sour Mash Slap on the Wrist Cocktail)

  • Cedar Plank Arctic Char - Northwest spice couscous (Baker’s)

  • Pastrami Spiced Duck - Compressed apples and parsnip puree (Bulleit)

  • Coffee Butter New York Strip - Wilted spinach, purple Peruvian potatoes, and red veined sorrel (Booker’s)

  • Italian Olive Oil Cake - Dark cherry compote (Basil Hayden)

There will be two seatings of only 10 guests each, one at 6:30pm and one at 8:30pm. Extremely limited, so grab your seats now!

Winter Riviera Wine Dinner!

Join us for the inaugural wine dinner at Josephine’s! Featuring Mediterranean wines and cuisines, the dinner will be held in the private room and will feature 5 small plates paired with 5 wines.

The menu:

  • Amuse Bouche - Pork belly with Chorizo & Tomato vinaigrette

  • Spiced Octopus - avocado, blood orange, stone fruit, fennel, mustard seeds & crab emulsion

  • Duo of Lamb - pressed flank & herb-crusted tenderloin, with Jerusalem artichoke, thyme braised chickpeas & tomatoes

  • Toasted Quinoa Crusted Spanish Mackerel - cannellini bean puree, lemon-infused potatoes, zucchini & porcini dust

  • Hazelnut & Chocolate Textures
